It Has Been Forever

It has been forever since I have posted. I was inspired by Kim to get a move on things. So here I am trying to figure this thing out. Here are a few pictures to enjoy.

We have known what the kids were going to be for Halloween since the beginning of October. I wonder why it took me so long to get a move on making them. When the kids were all dressed up and ready to go trick-or-treating we headed over to a friends house for a party and trick-or-treating in our old neighborhood. Adia was a gypsy, Orin a robot, and Hams was a ghost. We decorated our front porch with Papa and Grammy's big 'ole pumpkins and corn stalks. Our fake spider web added to it by hosting lots of bugs like moths, spiders, fkys, and beetles. Truth is we didn't even need to hang fake stuff. We have plenty of real spider web around.

Here Jake and I are trying to eat our donuts on a string. It wasn't fair because I had to stretch up onto my tipy-toes. It was hard to eat them too because we were laughing pretty hard. Thanks to the Bartons for letting us party-hardy at their house.

Here we are enjoying the beautiful fall leaves on our way back from Apple Hill. It wasn't too far from this spot that Jake fell into the river and then had a hard time climbing out. (I haven't laughed so hard for a long time. I don't think I've ever seen him be so clutsy.)
