To start off the summer with a bang the kids enjoyed NOT getting up at 6 a.m. I let them stay in their jammies way too long. In fact I never even made Hamilton put ON his jammies the night before. (That's how you get to me a "nice" mom.) Then, to continue my niceness, I let the kids have free reign with the camera. They discovered the "sports/fast action" setting and had a ball capturing themselves in midair. I like to think of my kids as MONKEYS! Judge for yourself. My comments follow each picture.
Great form Adia! Although to score perfectly the ankles should be tucked in close together with the arms tucked in close to your sides.
I like the extension here. Although the right leg should be in line with the left with the ankles close together.

So I think we should live closer for sure! You guys are too much fun! Madi has a boring life as a "Garlick," you would think it was "spicy" I love each of the formations. I can't imagine the impact with the ground though. Especially on your tummy ouch.
How do you know if its perfect form or not. I say if you can do, good. It wins.
I'd say the Sommers Got Talent! I wonder what they used to launch themselves so high. . .the light fixture? What fun! I'd say they are all monkeys!
